Tiagarra is an interpretation centre for the history and present cultures and art of Aboriginal people in Tasmania. Several buildings designed to resemble Tasmanian Aboriginal huts found on the west coast house more than 2000 artefacts in 18 different displays, among them two large murals by Tasmanian artist Max Angus.

Imaginarium is Tasmanias only science discovery centre. The Centre provides its visitors with a variety of experiences including a wide range of over 50 interactive, colourful and exciting exhibits together with stimulating science shows and demonstrations. Every school term will see 10-12 of the exhibits changed together with a new science show to ensure there will always be something new to see and do at the Centre.
